Job Overview:
As a Workforce Analytics Manager, you will lead workforce analysis initiatives, providing actionable insights that help drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This position will leverage data analytics, statistical modeling, and workforce metrics to help optimize human resources and workforce planning functions. Your goal is to ensure the company effectively utilizes its human capital by identifying workforce trends, forecasting future needs, and helping to shape policies and strategies around employee engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, experience in HR analytics, and excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and meaningfully to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with HR leaders, business unit managers, and key stakeholders to align the workforce strategy with overall organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workforce Data Management & Analysis
    • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of workforce data from various sources, including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), surveys, and operational data.
    • Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools that enable stakeholders to access and interpret key workforce metrics and trends.
    • Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify workforce trends, forecast future workforce needs, and assess the impact of workforce-related strategies.
  2. Strategic Workforce Planning
    • Partner with HR and business leaders to support long-term workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
    • Analyze and forecast workforce needs, including staffing levels, turnover rates, and workforce demographics, to ensure that the company is appropriately staffed to meet future business demands.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform the development of hiring strategies, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
    • Analyze employee performance data and trends, helping the organization identify high performers and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with HR to design metrics that assess employee engagement and satisfaction, and provide insights to support efforts to improve organizational culture and employee retention.
    • Utilize data to evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement and development programs, and recommend improvements based on analysis.
  4. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Analytics
    • Work closely with HR and DEI teams to track and analyze workforce demographics, pay equity, and hiring practices, ensuring alignment with the companyโ€™s DEI goals.
    • Provide recommendations based on data insights to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the workforce.
    • Develop reports and presentations that outline DEI metrics and trends to inform senior leadership and drive strategy.
  5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and business unit leaders, to ensure alignment of workforce analytics with organizational goals.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner, tailoring presentations to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with technology and IT teams to ensure that data systems and tools are optimized for workforce analytics.
  6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
    • Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in workforce analytics, HR technology, and data management.
    • Lead initiatives to continually enhance the company's workforce analytics capabilities, ensuring that analytics tools and methods remain up to date.
    • Proactively identify new opportunities for using data and analytics to improve workforce management and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or Business. A Masterโ€™s degree or certification in HR Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, data analysis, or a related HR analytics role.
    • Proven experience working with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and data tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or other visualization and analysis software.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to present complex data insights clearly and compellingly.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data insights into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
