Responsibilities:

As a Property Caretaker and Dog Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and well-being of a property in the picturesque region of Coorg, Karnataka. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the upkeep of the property and provide dedicated care to four dogs.

1. Property Maintenance:

• Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure the property is in good condition.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance requirements.
• Keep the surroundings clean and well-maintained.

2. Dog Care:

• Provide daily care and attention to four dogs, including feeding, grooming, and exercise.
• Monitor the health and well-being of the dogs and arrange veterinary visits when necessary.
• Create a nurturing and comfortable environment for the dogs.
• Ensure the dogs are secure and follow safety protocols.

3. Cooking and Driving:

• Candidates with cooking skills will be responsible for preparing meals, ensuring they meet dietary requirements.
• Driving skills are preferred for occasional tasks such as vet visits or purchasing supplies.

4. Security:

• Maintain a secure environment for both the property and the dogs.
• Implement security measures to safeguard against potential risks.

5. Record Keeping:

• Maintain detailed records of property inspections, dog care routines, and any incidents.
• Provide regular updates to the property owner on the status of both the property and the dogs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in property maintenance and dog care is desirable.
• Cooking skills and a valid driving license are advantageous.
• Strong passion for and understanding of animal welfare.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
