Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises. You will be entrusted with the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Patrolling and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any unauthorized activities. Monitor security cameras and alarms to respond promptly to any suspicious incidents.
2. Access Control: Control access to premises by verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate records of entry and exit.
3. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and effectively in emergencies such as fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to ensure the safety of individuals and property.
4. Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during your shift. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to relay important information.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Build positive relationships with clients and fellow team members.
6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the premises. Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security measures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th grade education required. Higher education in security management or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates with prior security or military/law enforcement background will be given preference.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Good physical and mental health is essential for this role.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English or local language. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Certifications: Valid security guard license or certification is desirable but not mandatory. Training will be provided for selected candidates.
• Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as per roster schedule.
