Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our overall objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Campaign Management: Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide regular performance reports.
3. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and resonates with our target audience.
4. Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create compelling posts, engage with followers, and leverage social media advertising to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
5. SEO & SEM: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs). Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Manage SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions.
6. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products/services. Segment email lists, create personalized content, and analyze email performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
7. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives. Generate insightful reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience or certifications in digital marketing will also be considered.
2. Experience: For experienced candidates, a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles is required. Freshers with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
