Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calls:
   • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.
   • Engage customers in a friendly manner, introducing them to our services and offerings.
2. Lead Generation:
   • Identify and qualify leads by assessing customer needs and interests.
   • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
3. Customer Engagement:
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
   • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information as needed.
4. Sales Support:
   • Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary information and follow-up support.
   • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
5. Reporting:
   • Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities, leads generated, and conversion rates.
   • Provide insights and feedback to management regarding customer responses and market trends.
6. Continuous Learning:
   • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Requirements

1. Educational Background:
   • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
2. Experience:
   • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
   • Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
3. Skills:
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
   • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
