Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a range of positions, ensuring that we attract, engage, and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring needs and organizational goals.
    • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with organizational culture.
  2. Recruitment Strategy:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
    • Utilize data-driven strategies to enhance recruitment efforts and identify trends in the talent market.
    • Implement innovative recruitment techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other candidate-related activities.
    • Ensure that all candidates receive feedback and updates on their application status.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
    • Manage and track recruitment budgets and expenses.
  5. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
    • Address any issues related to recruitment practices and recommend improvement solutions.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
    • Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and selection processes.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment by promoting diversity and equity in recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Desired Attributes:

  • Certification from a professional HR organization (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with remote recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations across different states or countries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges.

Salary: The annual salary for this position is $74,457.
