Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize data analytics to measure workforce performance and productivity, generating insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Talent Acquisition and Development:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify workforce requirements and create effective recruitment strategies tailored for a remote environment.
- Design and implement training and development programs aimed at upskilling employees and enhancing overall team performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by recommending resources and tools that support professional growth and development.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that remote employees feel valued and connected to the organization.
- Implement feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather insights from employees regarding their remote work experience and areas for improvement.
- Analyze employee turnover data and create retention strategies to minimize attrition within the remote workforce.
