Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee engagement, retention strategies, or human resources, with a focus on remote workforce management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, survey tools, and employee feedback mechanisms.
