Online Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)

Annual Salary: $57,691

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this remote position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining our recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and managing our applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing necessary updates.
    • Schedule interviews and manage candidate calendars while coordinating with hiring managers to optimize scheduling efficiency.
    • Prepare interview materials and ensure all stakeholders have the necessary information before interviews.
  2. Application Tracking:
    • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Monitor candidate progress through the recruitment funnel and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership.
    • Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill and candidate source analysis.
  3. Job Posting and Promotion:
    • Create and manage job postings across various online platforms, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with the companyโ€™s branding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
    • Utilize social media and other channels to promote open positions and attract potential candidates.
  4. Screening and Shortlisting:
    • Conduct initial resume screenings and assessments to identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop screening criteria that align with specific job requirements and organizational goals.
    • Provide feedback on candidates and assist in the decision-making process for advancing candidates to the interview stage.
  5. Onboarding Support:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating necessary paperwork, orientation schedules, and training resources.
    • Ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles by maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any concerns that may arise.
    • Track onboarding progress and gather feedback to continuously improve the process.
  6. Data Management and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and adhere to data protection regulations.
    • Track and report on diversity metrics to support the companyโ€™s commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  7. Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our approach to talent acquisition.
    • Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute insights based on data analysis and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
