Key Responsibilities:

    • Adjust strategies as necessary, based on performance metrics and client feedback.
  4. Training and Support:
    • Provide training to client teams on new tools, technologies, and processes.
    • Offer continuous support and guidance to ensure that the client team is fully equipped to maintain and build upon the implemented improvements.
  5. Project Management:
    • Oversee the execution of efficiency projects, from initial assessment through to final implementation and follow-up.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Use project management tools and methodologies to track progress and manage resources effectively.
  6. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  7. Data-Driven Insights:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field. A masterโ€™s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, business operations, or project management, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and methodologies to assess performance and inform decision-making.
  • Strong familiarity with workflow automation tools, project management software, and process optimization frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, finance, and retail.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Automate.
