Job Summary: Naukri Mitra is seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers for an immediate opening in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling, lead generation, and customer support. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle various customer queries, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain the services offered by Naukri Mitra.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information as per their requirements.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including feedback, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Naukri Mitra’s services.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and support at all times.
• Meet daily and weekly targets related to the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to align customer needs with company services.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding the effectiveness of calling strategies and customer insights.
• Stay updated with the company’s latest services and offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software.
• Ability to handle rejection and persist in a goal-oriented environment.
• A pleasant, professional phone manner and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
