Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Response: Respond quickly to emergencies such as security breaches, fire alarms, or medical situations. Coordinate with emergency services if necessary.
• Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, unauthorized personnel, or unusual occurrences.
• Customer Service: Provide assistance and directions to visitors or residents when required. Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Compliance with Safety Procedures: Ensure that security measures comply with company standards and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency responders when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Security Training: Certified training in security services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, or English is required.
• Attention to Detail: Must be vigilant and observant at all times, able to notice and react to potential security threats.
