About the Role

Purpose and Scope

In this role, you will serve as a key medical liaison and pharmacological strategist. From conducting literature reviews to advising on therapeutic messaging, your contributions will support both internal teams and external healthcare professionals. Your evidence-based insights will inform content development, safety reviews, regulatory alignment, and clinical trial guidance—all while upholding a human-centric approach to pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Communication & Education

  • Develop and review scientific content for medical affairs, clinical development, and commercial teams.
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of medical messaging across platforms.
  • Support advisory boards and scientific exchange forums with up-to-date data and therapeutic insights.
  • Deliver presentations and materials tailored to physician networks, patient groups, and global affiliates.

Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with regulatory affairs, clinical research, and pharmacovigilance teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging.
  • Translate clinical data into actionable insights for non-scientific stakeholders.
  • Align global product messaging strategies with local market nuances.

Research and Evidence Generation

  • Monitor evolving clinical landscapes, competitor pipelines, and treatment guidelines.
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of investigator-initiated trials.
  • Assist in the interpretation of real-world evidence and post-marketing surveillance data.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and company-specific guidelines for scientific communication.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or equivalent advanced degree in pharmaceutical sciences
  • Valid pharmacist licensure (U.S. or international equivalent)

Experience & Competencies

  • At least three years of relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or pharmacovigilance
