Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand role requirements and team dynamics deeply.
- Design and post compelling job advertisements tailored to a variety of platforms and target audiences
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various outreach methods, including professional networks, social media platforms, and internal referrals.
- Conduct engaging initial screening calls that prioritize authenticity, cultural fit, and long-term success.
- Facilitate an inclusive and transparent interview process, ensuring every candidate feels respected and heard.
- Offer coaching to hiring teams on best practices for equitable interviewing and decision-making.
- Maintain timely, clear communication with candidates from start to finish
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other digital tools to manage the recruitment funnel
- Monitor recruitment analytics and adapt strategies based on performance metrics
- Contribute to talent branding and initiatives that support a welcoming and inclusive virtual culture

- Sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and niche talent boards
- Digital collaboration tools for cross-functional hiring plans and progress tracking
Qualifications and Skills
Core Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a remote or distributed setting
- A firm grasp of inclusive hiring principles and bias-aware interviewing techniques
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions while meeting quality and speed benchmarks
- Comfortable navigating ATS tools and sourcing platforms
- Ability to read between the lines—balancing data insights with emotional intelligence
- A proactive mindset and natural curiosity to learn, adapt, and improve continuously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for roles in HR, tech, marketing, or operations
- Certification in DEI recruitment practices or equivalent training
- Fluency in multiple languages (a plus in global recruiting)
Defining Success in the Role
What You’ll Accomplish
In your first 3 months, you’ll be immersed in our values and approach, building rapport with team members and refining our candidate experience. Within 6 months, you'll independently manage hiring pipelines across departments, deliver top-tier talent, and make measurable contributions to improving our inclusive hiring outcomes.
