Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized virtual coaching to clients with varied backgrounds and aspirations.
• Guide individuals through job market navigation, goal setting, and long-term career planning.
• Review and enhance resumes, cover letters, and professional portfolios
• Lead mock interviews and offer structured, supportive critiques
• Interpret labor market data and help clients pursue high-demand roles
• Offer branding support across digital platforms, including LinkedIn
• Track client development and adjust coaching strategies as needed
• Facilitate interactive workshops on employment readiness and career topics
• Work alongside colleagues and exchange innovative strategies to strengthen support systems

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Counseling, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• Minimum two years of experience in advising, career coaching, recruitment, or training

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
