- Implement security best practices and ensure data privacy in line with global compliance standards.
- Write well-documented, readable code that can be understood and maintained by contributors from varying technical backgrounds.

This is a 100% remote position. We trust our team to work where they feel most comfortable—whether that’s a cozy home office, a shared workspace, or your favorite cafe. Our remote culture is designed to be supportive and engaging, not isolating. We run mentorship circles, host monthly virtual wellness events, and promote team rituals that make distance feel invisible.
We also offer:
- Flexible scheduling for different time zones and lifestyles
- Inclusive healthcare benefits
- Paid time off to recharge and reflect
- Volunteer days to give back to communities you care about
- Dedicated learning and development stipends
Skills and Experience We're Looking For
We care more about what you can do than where you've been. That said, a strong candidate for this role will typically demonstrate:
- 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform, especially using Lightning components
- Proficiency with Apex, JavaScript, and declarative Salesforce tools
- Experience building accessible and mobile-responsive user interfaces
- A good grasp of Agile methodology and version control best practices
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services and troubleshooting APIs
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and remote work habits
- An ability to appreciate perspectives different from your own and contribute to a culture of mutual respect
Growth and Learning Opportunities
Your journey here won’t be static. From day one, we’ll support your growth with individualized learning paths, access to leading Salesforce certifications, and opportunities to mentor or be mentored. We celebrate curiosity, and we want you to expand your horizons—whether that means leading a new initiative, hosting a knowledge share, or joining a company ERG (employee resource group).
We also provide:
- Salesforce certification reimbursement
- Quarterly career progression reviews
- Opportunities to work on cross-functional initiatives
- Recognition programs that reward inclusive leadership and creative thinking
A Snapshot of Impact
One of our team members, a recent lateral hire from a non-profit background, shared how the team supported their transition into tech. Through consistent mentorship, safe feedback loops, and respect for their unique skill set, they not only became a top contributor but are now leading our internal accessibility review initiative. That’s the kind of environment we foster—one that sees your potential, not just your past.
A Commitment to Equity
We take pride in fostering an environment of equal opportunity, and we hold ourselves accountable to that standard. Regardless of your gender identity, race, neurodiversity, age, disability status, or where you are in your career journey, your voice is valued here. Our hiring process is structured to eliminate bias at every step, and we are committed to ongoing improvement in creating equitable access to opportunities.
