- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to visitors, employees, and vendors, addressing inquiries and concerns courteously.
- Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents, observations, and activities during each shift for documentation and review purposes.
- Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, deterring unauthorized activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Safety Measures: Enforce safety regulations and protocols, including fire prevention measures and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to enhance overall security measures and address security-related issues effectively.
