💼 Job Responsibilities

As a Banking Collection Executive, your daily tasks will include:

• 🚲 Visiting Customers: Travel across Chhota Udepur to meet customers and collect payments.
• 💳 Handling Collections: Ensure timely and secure collection of overdue payments and maintain an updated payment record.
• 📃 Document Verification & Record Keeping: Verify customer documents, update outstanding balances, and maintain collection receipts.
• 📑 Building Customer Relationships: Foster positive relationships with customers, educate them on repayment schedules, and offer guidance when needed.
• 🔎 Reporting & Updates: Provide daily reports on collections and pending payments to the supervisor to ensure transparency and efficiency.

✔️ Two-Wheeler Owners: You must have a bike or scooter to travel within Chhota Udepur.
