Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative in our dynamic call center environment, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing outstanding assistance and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product information, service inquiries, order processing, billing, and general assistance. Utilize effective communication skills to address customer needs promptly and professionally.
  2. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Providing Product Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting product-related issues, providing technical support, and guiding them through product features and functionalities.
  4. Maintaining Accurate Records: Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system. Keep detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
  5. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Adhering to Company Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data security, and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.
  7. Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
