Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure; basic computer proficiency.
