Job Description:

2. Data Cleaning and Quality Control:

• Perform thorough data cleaning procedures to identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high data integrity and reliability throughout the trial lifecycle.

3. Database Management:

• Manage and maintain clinical trial databases, including data updates, modifications, and archival procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement database enhancements and optimizations.

4. Protocol Compliance:

• Review clinical trial protocols and study documents to ensure accurate data collection and compliance with regulatory guidelines and sponsor requirements.
• Address protocol deviations and implement corrective actions as needed to uphold data accuracy and protocol adherence.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with clinical research associates (CRAs), biostatisticians, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless data flow and resolve data-related issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the clinical data management function.

Requirements:

For Fresher Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in clinical data management or related field.
