About the Role

What You'll Do
Talent Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute global sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber engineers, DevOps professionals, full-stack developers, and UI/UX designers.
- Leverage tools like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and developer-focused forums to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
- Build a comprehensive sourcing funnel that ensures speed, quality, and scalability in all hiring activities.
Data-Driven Recruitment
- Utilize recruitment analytics to evaluate funnel effectiveness, candidate engagement, and offer acceptance trends.
- Generate weekly reports using hiring KPIs and provide actionable insights to hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
- Leverage predictive modeling to forecast hiring needs based on client demand, contract cycle, and industry trends.
Candidate Experience
- Foster a streamlined, inclusive, and tech-savvy candidate journey from application to onboarding.
- Customize outreach using personalization tools and behavioral insights to boost response rates and candidate satisfaction.
- Serve as the point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with remote client success managers, tech leads, and growth teams to align hiring priorities.
- Run strategic calibration meetings to translate client requirements into detailed tech-centric candidate profiles.
- Act as a brand ambassador across platforms and digital communities, championing the values of remote work and global equity in hiring.

What We’re Looking For
Core Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent sourcing, ideally for remote-first or tech-driven companies
- Strong familiarity with full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, product design, DevOps, and technical project roles
- Skilled in using Boolean search techniques and sourcing developers on platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM tools
- Data-savvy and comfortable interpreting recruiting metrics to drive decisions
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent interpersonal and writing skills
