Computer Operator in Bengaluru

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various computer systems and applications to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computer systems, ensuring all functions are running correctly.
• Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple databases and systems with high accuracy.
• Perform routine system checks and backups, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Prepare and generate reports as required, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software, including updates and patches.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
• Maintain and manage inventory of computer equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and system monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
