About the Role
Are you passionate about digital learning, analytics, and technology-driven education? We seek a Digital Learning Analyst to refine and enhance digital learning strategies, improve user engagement, and ensure data-driven insights back all learning programs. This role is ideal for an analytical problem solver who enjoys working with data, evaluating learning effectiveness, and implementing improvements. In a remote role, you’ll be flexible and can work from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities 📌
1. Learning Analytics & Insights
🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, interpret, and analyze learning data to measure program effectiveness and learner engagement.
🔹 Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of learning initiatives.
🔹 Optimization Strategies: Leverage data insights to enhance the effectiveness of learning programs and user experiences.
🔹 Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices in learning analytics.
2. Content Optimization & Strategy
🔹 Course Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness and quality of digital learning content to ensure relevance and engagement.
🔹 User Experience Enhancement: Work with instructional designers to optimize course structures and interactive elements.
🔹 Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure digital learning materials are accessible to diverse learners, including those with disabilities.
🔹 Industry Standards Compliance: Maintain compliance with instructional design best practices and emerging trends.
3. Technology & Platform Management
🔹 LMS Administration: Oversee the performance and functionality of learning management systems (LMS).
🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving platform-related issues to ensure a seamless learning experience.
🔹 Digital Learning Innovation: Identify opportunities for technology enhancements and suggest new learning tools.
🔹 AI & Automation Integration: Explore AI-driven tools and automation to personalize learning pathways.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
🔹 Cross-functional collaboration: Work with HR, learning and development teams, and IT departments to align learning initiatives with company goals.
🔹 Data-Driven Strategy Development: Present data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
🔹 Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions on e-learning platforms and learning technologies.
What We’re Looking For 🏆
✔️ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Data Analytics, Education Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
✔️ Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or learning analytics.
✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), SCORM, xAPI, and e-learning tools.
✔️ Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze learning data and generate actionable insights.
✔️ Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate technical insights effectively.
✔️ Adaptability & Innovation: Enthusiasm for exploring emerging trends in digital learning.
