Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. Your primary focus will be on leveraging various digital channels to reach our target audience, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Execute campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
2. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and website copy. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and optimize company social media profiles and pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase follower engagement, drive traffic, and promote brand loyalty.
4. SEO and SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and increasing website traffic. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility. Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
5. Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products or services, and drive conversions. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels. Analyze data to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies, tools, and platforms. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) a plus.
• Experience: While prior experience in digital marketing is desirable, we welcome applications from fresher candidates with a strong passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn. Experienced candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Creative thinking and attention to detail.
