Key Responsibilities:

2. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on the vehicle's condition, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety standards. Report any issues to the maintenance department promptly.
3. Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at destinations. Stay updated on local traffic conditions and adjust routes as necessary to avoid delays.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, if necessary, and ensure a comfortable ride.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance. Complete any necessary paperwork related to deliveries or passenger transport.
6. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and vehicle usage guidelines.
7. Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents, calmly and efficiently. Follow company protocols in such situations.
8. Flexibility: Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the company’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous driving experience is preferred but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Skills:
  • Strong navigational skills with knowledge of Mumbai roads.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions on time.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
