Job Description:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment, machinery, and systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems while meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize, design, and develop electrical systems and components. Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed schematics and blueprints.
2. Testing and Evaluation: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies. Perform simulations and prototype testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
3. Manufacturing Support: Provide technical support and guidance during the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards of electrical engineering. Ensure that all designs and products comply with relevant safety, environmental, and performance standards.
5. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Investigate and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions or failures, both in-house and in the field. Develop and implement maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan of electrical systems and equipment.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of design specifications, test results, and project progress. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities as needed.
7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the electrical engineering department. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product performance and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in electrical design, development, and testing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
