Your Impact in This Role
Key Contributions
- Collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback to shape people-first strategies
- Develop and maintain employee experience dashboards that track engagement and retention
- Translate employee sentiment into tactical reports for People, Culture, and Leadership teams
- Evaluate onboarding, performance management, and recognition programs for effectiveness
- Partner with internal stakeholders to advocate for improvements based on data-driven insights
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Review employee survey results and present emerging trends with actionable summaries
- Create visual reporting systems using platforms like Tableau or Power BI for executive presentations
- Maintain pulse on company morale through eNPS scores, retention indicators, and qualitative feedback
- Document experience gaps and propose structured interventions to leadership
- Monitor performance patterns and highlight early warning signs of burnout or disengagement
- Test and iterate new employee-focused initiatives and report back on success metrics
- Support workforce planning efforts with predictive analysis tied to satisfaction and attrition data
What You Bring
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years in an HR data analyst, organizational development, or employee engagement role
- Proven ability to present data with clarity, purpose, and a strong narrative
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Comfortable using Excel for advanced reporting, trend detection, and automation
- Familiar with employee experience platforms such as CultureAmp, Qualtrics, Glint, or Peakon
- Experience managing remote data flows and collaborating asynchronously with global teams
