Core Responsibilities

Designing Holistic Employee Journeys

  • Strategically map out all phases of the employee lifecycle, identifying friction points and innovation opportunities.
  • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research to develop detailed employee personas and journey maps.
  • Develop touchpoints that reflect key moments of truth—from hiring and onboarding to performance and recognition

Driving Collaborative Innovation

  • Partner with HR, DEI, internal communications, and IT teams to ensure initiatives are operationally integrated
  • Facilitate design sprints, co-creation workshops, and ideation sessions to crowdsource ideas from employees.
  • Present employee experience roadmaps to stakeholders and influence experience-driven decision-making at all levels

Fostering Inclusive and Supportive Workplaces

  • Translate company values into daily work rituals, feedback loops, and recognition practices.
  • Integrate mental health, work-life balance, and DEI principles into all aspects of the experience.

Required Qualifications

Professional Background

  • 3+ years in employee experience, UX design, service design, or a related people-focused discipline
  • Proficiency with human-centered design and behavioral research methods
  • Experience using feedback and engagement data to craft innovative experience solutions
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, employee journey mapping, and change enablement
