Core Responsibilities
Designing Holistic Employee Journeys
- Strategically map out all phases of the employee lifecycle, identifying friction points and innovation opportunities.
- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research to develop detailed employee personas and journey maps.
- Develop touchpoints that reflect key moments of truthโfrom hiring and onboarding to performance and recognition
Driving Collaborative Innovation
- Partner with HR, DEI, internal communications, and IT teams to ensure initiatives are operationally integrated
- Facilitate design sprints, co-creation workshops, and ideation sessions to crowdsource ideas from employees.
- Present employee experience roadmaps to stakeholders and influence experience-driven decision-making at all levels
Fostering Inclusive and Supportive Workplaces
