Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure necessary materials and services for facility maintenance. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all facilities. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of facility budgets. Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure expenditures are within approved budgets.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants regarding facility-related issues. Address tenant concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships to foster tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Space Utilization: Optimize space utilization within facilities to maximize efficiency and functionality. Coordinate office relocations and renovations as required to accommodate evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications in Facility Management are a plus.
