Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze and track supply chain performance using real-time logistics data
  • Identify delays, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in global shipping routes
  • Recommend improvements to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timelines

Data Reporting & Forecasting

  • Develop dashboards and reports to support demand planning and procurement
  • Maintain forecasting models to support proactive inventory strategies
  • Coordinate with finance to reconcile procurement and shipping costs

Vendor & Documentation Management

  • Monitor vendor and third-party logistics performance metrics
  • Maintain documentation on supply chain workflows and SOPs

Tools and Technologies

Software & Platforms

  • Advanced Excel for inventory modeling and cost analysis
  • ERP systems like Oracle or SAP for supply chain data integration
  • Visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for performance tracking
