💼 Current Roles

We're hiring for the following positions:

• Home Nurse – Help manage medicines, offer physical support, and monitor wellness

All roles are full-time, residential. You live in the home, with time off built into your weekly schedule.

• Monthly pay: ₹10,000–₹18,787 (based on your role and the home’s needs)

🔍 Your Role Day-to-Day

While each home is different, your work may include:

• Helping with bathing, brushing, dressing
• Cooking or helping in the kitchen

• Giving medicines on time
• Light massage for comfort

Before you start, we go over everything so you know what’s expected.

You’ll work in someone’s home, not a hospital. Most homes are quiet, respectful spaces where you’ll have:

• Your own resting space or a separate corner to sleep
• Needed supplies like soap, gloves, or a thermometer
• Clear communication with one family member who guides your daily work

We check in with both you and the family after you start. We’re here if something needs to change.
