Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data and present findings to senior management.
- HR Metrics and KPIs:
- Design and implement HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and other critical HR metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- HR Systems and Tools:
- Manage and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance HR systems and tools for better data management and reporting.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support for HR software and tools.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies by maintaining accurate and comprehensive HR records.
- Prepare and review HR documentation, including reports, charts, and presentations, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct audits of HR data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Insights and Support:
- Conduct surveys and analyze employee feedback to assess satisfaction, engagement, and areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to support employee retention and development strategies.
- Assist in the development of employee communication strategies and programs based on analytical findings.
- Strategic HR Projects:
- Support HR projects and initiatives by providing analytical expertise and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar role with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
