About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
    • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  2. Employee Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
    • Provide new employees with information about company policies, benefits, and resources.
  3. Employee Records Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  4. Benefits Administration:
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
    • Keep track of open enrollment periods and ensure timely communication with employees.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Prepare and maintain reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
    • Assist with audits and inspections as needed.
  6. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Support conflict resolution and guide on workplace issues.
    • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  7. HR Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing HR correspondence, maintaining HR files, and preparing HR documents.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Support HR team members with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR support role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/ATS systems.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
