Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Provide new employees with information about company policies, benefits, and resources.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Keep track of open enrollment periods and ensure timely communication with employees.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Assist with audits and inspections as needed.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support conflict resolution and guide on workplace issues.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- HR Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing HR correspondence, maintaining HR files, and preparing HR documents.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR team members with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR support role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/ATS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
