Annual Salary: $115,505

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role will be instrumental in aligning our HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a collaborative workplace culture, and supporting employee engagement and development across the organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff, ensuring that HR practices are consistent with our overall goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership:
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
    • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to guide decision-making.
    • Act as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure alignment of priorities.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and performance issues promptly.
    • Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and guide resolution.
  3. Talent Management:
    • Partner with managers to identify talent needs and develop succession plans.
    • Support recruitment efforts by providing expertise in talent acquisition strategies.
    • Implement and monitor onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  4. Learning and Development:
    • Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Promote continuous learning and career development opportunities.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
    • Guide managers on setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations.
    • Support employees in goal-setting and career development discussions.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Collaborate with compensation teams to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
    • Guide benefits programs and support employees with inquiries.
    • Monitor industry trends to recommend adjustments to compensation strategies.
  7. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
    • Provide training to employees on policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
  8. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends and make informed decisions.
    • Prepare reports for management on HR initiatives and employee engagement.
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  9. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that support diversity goals.
    • Monitor progress and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterโ€™s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
