Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse candidate pool. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on a wide range of HR matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.   3. Training and Development: Identify training needs across the organization and design learning programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote professional growth and career development. Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings that attract and retain top talent. Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to maintain equitable pay practices. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  5. HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee records management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for management review.
  6. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms. Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity where all employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their best.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
