Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and mediation.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization. Handle employee grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance enhancement initiatives to drive employee productivity and engagement.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Evaluate benefit options, negotiate with vendors, and ensure competitive and cost-effective benefit offerings for employees.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HRIS systems and analytics tools to gather and analyze HR data, generate reports, and identify trends and insights. Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and improve HR processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of [X years for experienced candidates] or a willingness to learn and grow for freshers.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
