Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a vibrant and inclusive workforce.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement: Cultivate a positive work environment where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to excel. Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Develop and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
3. Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to drive continuous improvement and accountability across the organization. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and professional development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate constructive conversations to help employees unleash their full potential.
4. Training and Development: Identify learning and development needs within the organization and design tailored training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Partner with external training providers and leverage online learning platforms to deliver high-impact learning experiences. Monitor training effectiveness and ROI to ensure maximum value for both individuals and the organization.
5. HR Policy and Compliance: Stay abreast of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote fairness, consistency, and legal compliance. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigate potential risks.
6. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Generate regular reports and dashboards on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce demographics. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement to drive organizational performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (for freshers).
• Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of success in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development (for experienced candidates).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant HR tools and technologies.
