Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, guiding them through orientation and training programs.
2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and confidentially. Promote open communication channels and cultivate strong relationships between management and staff members.
3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide coaching and support to managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and delivering feedback.
4. Training and Development: Identify training needs across the organization and design tailored learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to empower employees and foster their professional growth.
5. Policy Development: Establish and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws and regulations. Keep abreast of legal updates and industry trends to ensure our practices remain current and effective.
6. Employee Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Collaborate with external vendors to negotiate favorable terms and resolve benefit-related issues.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
8. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 2-5 years for experienced candidates and willingness to train and mentor freshers.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
