- ๐ฅ Upload, curate, and organize multimedia learning materials, ensuring responsive design for mobile users
- ๐ Automate enrollment, notifications, course completions, and certifications
- ๐งพ Develop reports and dashboards to monitor learner progress, course performance, and engagement metrics
- ๐ Review course analytics and provide insights to improve training outcomes and learner satisfaction
๐ค Collaboration & Support

โ Required Qualifications
๐ Minimum Qualifications
- ๐ Bachelorโs degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Information Systems, or related field
- ๐ At least 2 years of LMS management experience (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, TalentLMS, etc.)
- ๐ป Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, HTML/CSS, and modern e-learning tools and frameworks
- ๐ Hands-on experience with SSO configuration, third-party app integrations, and API usage
- ๐ง Ability to analyze LMS data to optimize course offerings and improve outcomes
