Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation Services:
   • Safely transport clients, employees, and goods to designated locations within Mumbai, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
   • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers and clients.
   • Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods as necessary.
2. Route Management:
   • Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic conditions and road closures.
   • Utilize GPS and mapping applications to navigate efficiently through the city.
   • Stay updated on local traffic laws and changes in road conditions to ensure compliance and safety.
3. Vehicle Maintenance:
   • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
   • Report any vehicle issues or necessary repairs to the management promptly.
   • Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times, both inside and outside.
4. Record Keeping:
   • Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that may occur during transportation.
   • Submit daily reports to management as required.
5. Customer Service:
   • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and passengers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
   • Assist in providing information about services offered, and helping clients with inquiries regarding their transportation needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver in Mumbai or similar urban environments.
• License: Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record. Must meet all local and state driving regulations.
• Skills:
  • Strong navigation skills with knowledge of Mumbai’s roads and traffic patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
