Job Description:

Qualifications:

For Fresher:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong academic background with a passion for mechanical design and innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

For Experienced:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, development, and testing, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
