Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Premises:
   • Patrol and monitor the premises to ensure safety.
   • Perform regular inspections of the building, entry/exit points, and surroundings.
   • Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) to observe for any suspicious activity.
2. Access Control:
   • Manage the entry and exit of individuals, ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
   • Maintain a detailed log of people entering and leaving the premises.
   • Assist in preventing unauthorized access or breaches of security.
3. Incident Reporting:
   • Respond swiftly to emergencies, alarms, or any suspicious activities.
   • Document any incidents, accidents, or violations, and report them to the appropriate authorities.
   • Provide detailed written reports on occurrences and assist in investigations if required.
4. Safety and Emergency Management:
   • Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are understood and followed.
   • Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other urgent situations with composure and promptness.
   • Liaise with emergency services (police, fire department, medical teams) when needed.
5. Customer Service:
   • Greet visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
   • Assist those in need, such as directing visitors or answering general inquiries.
   • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the organization positively.
6. Physical Security Checks:
   • Conduct regular physical inspections to identify any vulnerabilities, hazards, or security risks.
   • Ensure that security measures, such as locks, alarms, and surveillance equipment, are fully functional.
   • Report any broken equipment or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
7. Crowd and Traffic Control:
   • Assist in crowd control during events, emergencies, or peak hours.
   • Direct and control the flow of traffic within the premises if necessary.
8. Training and Compliance:
   • Stay updated on security protocols, procedures, and laws.
   • Attend training sessions to improve security skills and knowledge.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
• Familiarity with CCTV and other security systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Physical fitness to stand, patrol, or remain vigilant for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security services in a corporate or residential setting.
• Basic first aid or CPR certification.
• Training in crowd control or crisis management.
• A valid security guard license for the state of Maharashtra.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
