Job Overview:

We are looking for physically fit and dedicated Security Guards to maintain a secure environment by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and guarding entry points. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people, assets, and property while enforcing the rules and regulations of the assigned location. This position offers both day and night-shift opportunities with flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Patrol: Regularly patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
• Surveillance Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment.
• Access Control: Ensure the safe entry and exit of authorized personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
• Incident Reporting: Immediately report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or hazards to supervisors and local authorities if necessary.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergencies, including fires, medical emergencies, and alarms, and assist with evacuations or containment.
• Visitor Assistance: Provide directions and assist visitors or employees with any questions while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Maintain Logs: Keep detailed daily records of all security activities, including patrols, incidents, and suspicious events.
• Inspect Premises: Conduct routine checks of windows, doors, gates, and other access points to ensure they are secure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply, but experience in security or related fields will be an advantage.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods, walk large areas, and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Communication Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Observational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly recognize potential threats or suspicious behavior.
• Certifications: Possession of a security training certificate is desirable but not mandatory.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 45 years old.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a clean criminal record.
• Should be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and fire safety procedures is a plus.
