Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Utilize various online platforms (job boards, social media, and networking sites) to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
    • Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  2. Recruitment Strategy:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability.
    • Create and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to enhance employer branding.
  3. Candidate Engagement:
    • Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with candidates through personalized communication.
    • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
    • Schedule and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  4. Assessment and Selection:
    • Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidatesโ€™ skills and cultural fit.
    • Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection.
    • Ensure a fair and unbiased recruitment process, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  5. Onboarding:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Collaborate with HR to prepare necessary onboarding materials and resources.
    • Monitor the onboarding experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  6. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and outcomes for management review.
  7. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team members.
    • Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and next steps.
    • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and engaging candidates using various online tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
