Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Online Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this fully remote position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments. You will leverage innovative recruiting techniques and technology to build a diverse talent pipeline and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Utilize a variety of online platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
  2. Screening and Interviewing:
    • Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews and initial phone interviews, to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create tailored interview guides.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating a smooth interview process.
    • Manage the scheduling of interviews and follow-up communications with candidates.
  4. Recruitment Marketing:
    • Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job descriptions, recruitment materials, and social media content that highlight the company's culture and values.
  5. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve the hiring process.
  6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback.
  7. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process to ensure a varied candidate pool and promote equitable hiring practices.
    • Stay informed about best practices in diversity hiring and implement strategies to attract underrepresented groups.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
    • Actively seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across different functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for recruiting purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
