Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate remote hiring logistics, including scheduling, candidate tracking, and communications.
- Act as a key point of contact between applicants and hiring teams to ensure alignment.
- Prepare employment documentation and assist in onboarding tasks.
- Support remote recruiter efforts in building candidate pipelines across various roles and regions.
- Maintain and improve ATS records and data cleanliness.
- Help monitor key recruiting KPIs, including funnel conversion and process timelines.
- Communicate clearly and frequently to reduce friction and delays.
- Identify operational improvements and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to remote hiring standards and legal guidelines.
- Assist in curating candidate engagement initiatives to promote a positive virtual experience.
- Coordinate with HR and legal departments to maintain compliance across jurisdictions.
