Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote hiring logistics, including scheduling, candidate tracking, and communications.
• Act as a key point of contact between applicants and hiring teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare employment documentation and assist in onboarding tasks.
• Support remote recruiter efforts in building candidate pipelines across various roles and regions.
• Maintain and improve ATS records and data cleanliness.
• Help monitor key recruiting KPIs, including funnel conversion and process timelines.
• Communicate clearly and frequently to reduce friction and delays.
• Identify operational improvements and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to remote hiring standards and legal guidelines.
• Assist in curating candidate engagement initiatives to promote a positive virtual experience.
• Coordinate with HR and legal departments to maintain compliance across jurisdictions.
