Design, Innovate, and Make an Impact—All From Your Home

If you see digital modeling as a way to solve real-world problems and leave your mark on meaningful projects, this role is for you. Step into a flexible, remote position where your attention to detail and passion for technology truly matter. As a Remote 3D CAD Modeler, you’ll turn ideas into digital blueprints that help move projects forward—no matter where you’re working from.

Who We Are and What We’ve Achieved

We’re a group of curious minds who enjoy finding new answers to old challenges. Over the past year, our team has supported over 40 engineering groups worldwide and helped launch more than 120 projects. Our approach reduced delivery times by nearly 38% and earned us a client approval rate approaching perfection. Our work is applied to construction sites, factories, and innovative products across various industries. We take pride in seeing digital models turn into real-world impact, and we measure success by what our team builds together.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

1. What’s a regular workday actually like for you?

Honestly, it changes frequently. Some days, I barely leave SolidWorks or Revit—just modeling for hours, with music playing, as I figure out how to make something work. On other days, I’m jumping between calls, screen-sharing, fixing minor issues, or helping someone make sense of a client’s scribbled sketch. There’s usually at least one curveball, but I like that. It’s not a boring routine.

2. What kinds of projects do you really get your hands on?

It’s not just one thing—sometimes I’m modeling equipment for a new factory line, sometimes I’m cleaning up BIM files for an architect, and once I even built a 3D rendering for a pitch to investors. A significant part of the challenge is switching gears and learning the unique aspects that every new project presents. It’s hands-on, and there’s no such thing as “just another day.”

3. How does everyone actually work together when nobody’s in the same place?

Primarily, it’s Slack messages, video calls, and numerous shared files. We keep everything on cloud drives, so it’s easy to pick up where someone else left off, even if they’re twelve hours ahead. We meet every week on video, but on a day-to-day basis, if I need something, I reach out. People are good about answering quickly or jumping on a call to sort things out.

4. What do you really get out of this job, beyond a paycheck?

A lot, honestly. I’ve picked up new software, figured out faster ways to handle models, and learned tricks from teammates I’d never have met otherwise. The company pays for training if I want to dig into something new. You’re trusted to find your own way, but if you wish to help or advice, someone always has your back. Growth isn’t just talk—it happens if you’re up for it.

5. What’s the team vibe—what’s it really like?

Supportive, casual, and nerdy (in a good way). Nobody expects you to know everything, but if you’re curious and want to get better, you’ll fit in. We swap tips, solve weird modeling puzzles, and even celebrate small wins together. It feels more like working with friends than just coworkers.
