Role Overview
As a Remote Agile Transformation Consultant, your primary focus will be to guide organizations in shifting from traditional operational models to Agile delivery frameworks. You will be instrumental in aligning agile principles with business objectives, mentoring teams, and ensuring that leaders adopt a customer-centric, iterative mindset. From shaping delivery strategies to coaching product and engineering teams, you will play a critical role in organizational agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end Agile transformation across business units and technical teams.
- Lead agile maturity assessments and deliver roadmap recommendations
- Guide the adoption of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean
- Coach leadership on agile values, team empowerment, and continuous delivery
- Provide mentorship to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches
- Design and execute agile training workshops and retrospectives
- Define agile metrics that align delivery with business goals
- Identify systemic impediments and promote continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster an environment of transparency and trust
- Use data to monitor progress, adapt frameworks, and refine agile practices

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading agile transformations at the enterprise level
- In-depth knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks and scaling models
- Background in change management and organizational development
- Strong understanding of lean thinking, value delivery, and iterative design
- Track record of coaching cross-functional, remote, and globally distributed teams
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and team satisfaction
- Experience supporting both IT and non-IT departments in agile adoption
- Agile certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent
